To register an account and use the 33dcom platform, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:
33dcom reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one active 33dcom Account at any given time. Where 33dcom identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (identified by name, CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method), 33dcom reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 33dcom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
You must notify 33dcom's customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. 33dcom reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Material changes to your name, address, CNIC status, or contact information must be communicated to 33dcom promptly by contacting the support team via live chat.
33dcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in PKR unless a Player opts to transact in USDT TRC20, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply.
Deposits are credited to a Player's Account upon confirmation of receipt by 33dcom's payment processor. The minimum deposit is PKR 300. 33dcom does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which 33dcom accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money Balance (not Bonus Funds) and are subject to the following conditions:
Anti-Money Laundering: 33dcom is committed to the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. All accounts and transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. Any activity deemed suspicious will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement on 33dcom bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full using eligible real-money stakes on qualifying games.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing Players may be eligible for reload and loyalty bonuses as communicated via the 33dcom platform or support channels. One bonus per Player, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to fulfil wagering conditions — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
Bonus Funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited to a Player's Account will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance. 33dcom will not reinstate expired bonus balances under any circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on the 33dcom platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that specific game type.
33dcom reserves the right to void any bet or wager where a technical error, data feed malfunction, or software fault results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or credited. In such circumstances, the affected bet will be voided and the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply across all games and betting markets on 33dcom. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 33dcom reserves the right to modify limits at any time without prior notice.
All cricket betting markets, PSL betting markets, and other sports wagering markets on 33dcom are governed by standard international sports betting rules applicable to each respective sport. In-play bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where practicable.
